The service
TocDoor turns a QR sticker on your door into a video intercom: the visitor scans it and calls your phone. It needs an internet connection on both phones.
Account
You are responsible for access to your account and for the home information you publish on the QR. Do not use the service to harass, record or impersonate anyone.
Plans and payments
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We do our best to make the doorbell always ring, but it depends on the phone's notification system and your carrier. TocDoor is not a security system nor an emergency phone.
Cancellation and deletion
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app or at tocdoor.com/eliminar-cuenta.
