Who processes your data
TocDoor (Prodigisoft) is the data controller. Contact: hello@tocdoor.com.
What we process
Email address and home label to identify the resident; a push notification token so we can ring your phone; technical device data (brand, model, Android version, permission state) for diagnostics; and billing data handled by Stripe when you subscribe.
Camera and microphone
Used only while a doorbell call is running, so you can see and talk to the visitor. Calls are live: we never record or store video or audio.
Visitors
Whoever scans the QR may type a name. That name is stored with the call record and deleted with it.
Legal basis and retention
We process data to provide the service you subscribe to. Call records are kept while the account is active and deleted when the account is deleted.
Third parties
We rely on hosting and database providers, Google Firebase (notifications), LiveKit (real-time video) and Stripe (payments). We never sell data.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data. Full account deletion is available in the app (Settings → Delete my account) and at tocdoor.com/eliminar-cuenta.
