From the app or the portal
Open TocDoor, go to Settings and tap “Delete my account”. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Your login, your residences and units, your QR codes, the devices registered for notifications, your preferences and the related call records.
What is kept
Payment receipts we are legally required to keep stay in Stripe for the legal period. They contain no video or audio: calls are never recorded.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@tocdoor.com from your account address and we will delete it within 30 days.
